| Gemadept sponsored "Understanding the heart" charity association On 15 July 2010, the opening ceremony " Understanding the heart" Charity Association was organized at White Palace Hotel with the participation of numerous artists and representatives of domestic and foreign companies.
"Understanding the Heart" is the name of charitable society organization helping needy children around the country, founded by a group of Southern artists with Executive Committee including Quyen Linh as Chairman and Chi Bao and Phuoc Sang as Vice Chairmen. Activities of the Association focus on the main subjects such as children with heart disease that need surgery but in difficult circumstances, homeless and unfortunate children…
On the occasion, "Understanding the Heart" charity association introduced their first activities such as: raising fund through the "Understanding the heart” book publishing of Minh Niem author. Besides, "Understanding the Heart" charity association also actively mobilizes funds from domestic and foreign organizations and companies.
In this important event, Gemadept took part as one of the two main sponsors. This is truly significant activity of company in contributing little sympathy for the unfortunate lives. This is also one of the good traditions that Gemadept continuously promotes and expands in the recent years. |
